SHIPPING
Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed after 2PM (UK time) will be dispatched on the next working day.
SHIPPING TIME GUIDELINES ARE AS FOLLOW:
UK (domestic): On average 2-3 working days after the parcel is dispatched.
Europe: On average 5-7 working days after the parcel is dispatched.
Non EU Countries: On average 10-12 working days after the parcel is dispatched
UK standard delivery
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders within 2-3 working days after the parcel is dispatched. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods like Christmas, deliveries may take longer. Standard deliveries to the Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver within 5 working days to Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands.
International Delivery
All Metal Rooster orders are shipped from the UK. Any local import or other duties will be charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
We aim to deliver all overseas orders within 5 to 10 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within ten working days, please contact us on info@metalrooster.co.uk.
