Once we receive your order, you will then be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right to not deliver any item(s) in the event that stock levels are incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will inform you and the same will be cancelled.

P R O D U C T I N F O R M A T I O N:
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, colour accuracy and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Please note we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
We continually update our online store. From time to time our local retail store may run special promotions which may not be available on our website. We may also offer special discounts online that are not available in our retail store.

When placing an order it is the consumers responsibility to check all their shipping and contact information is correct. Orders must contain a correct and contactable email and telephone number. If for any reason your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or insufficient information provided. Your order may be delayed or even returned back to the UK. Please note if any of this information is incorrect and in the case, your parcel is returned to us, you will be accountable for the cost of shipment. We will only refund the cost of the order it's self.
PAYMENT TYPES

We accept payment via both debit and credit cards. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.

PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account, credit card or PayPal account.
P R I C E S:
All displayed prices include UK VAT of 20%. Metal Rooster Pty Ltd retains the right to change prices at any time.
L O C A L T A X E S:
Please note that local import charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.
R I G H T T O R E T U R N:
We hope you love your Metal Rooster purchase(s), but if you ever need to return an item purchased online they can be returned for a refund within 28 days of receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your item(s), but products must be returned unused, unwashed and with full packaging. Items with strong smells of perfume/aftershave will not be refunded. You will be refunded for the value of the item(s), providing these conditions are met. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note that you are responsible for the item(s) until it reaches us and so please make sure to send your package with a full traceable service so it can be easily located.
Please remember to write RETURN on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter.
O V E R S O L D I T E M S:
If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If the item is coming back you may decide to wait and we'll ship the item once it returns back in-stock.

Any personal information that you submit will be protected by our secure SSL payment gateway server.
As per our banks request you may be asked to provide some additional information for us to process your order. This order can include ID in the name of the sale, or a copy of the card used to make the purchase. If these items cannot be produced the money will be refunded and order not processed.
